Postage
Delivery is via Australia Post. Here are the postage options - please note that there are several choices of postage available at the checkout. If your postage is less than the amount charged at the checkout you will be refunded the difference (postage is at Australia Post Rates ie postage charge as well as cost for postpak bag/satchel/padded bags etc). If you are located in New Zealand or you are a Business or Company wanting to place a high volume/bulk order please contact me via email to discuss postage costs before placing your order.

Free Shipping Conditions - this option is only available to the public NOT Companies or a Business wanting to place high volume/bulk orders. Please contact me first for shipping costs if you are a Company or Business wanting to make a high volume bulk order.
Please ensure that you select Nappy Bag Standard Parcel Postage or Nappy Bag Registered Parcel Postage at the checkout if you are purchasing a Nappy Bag. If your order is above $300 do not worry about selecting this option as postage is free for orders over $300.
If you are ordering a Nappy Bag along with additional items (with an order under $300) please select either Nappy Bag Standard Parcel Postage or Nappy Bag Registered Parcel Postage at the checkout.
Express Postage is available - if you would like this postage option please contact me & I will advise the cost (with Express Postage items weighing above 500g can be quite expensive, I generally try to use the 3kg Express Post Satchels which are $10.90 each. For small items ie 1 to 3 small items ordered the 500g Express Post Satchels are used which are $7.70 each.) Express postage is charged at actual Australia Post Rate.
To select the addional insurance option please advise me at the checkout & I will send you an invoice & payment instructions for the additional costs.
Please note that it is strongly recommended that you choose one of the registered postage options. The registered option includes insurance up to the value of $100. Top up insurance can be purchased at a rate of $1.20 per additional $100 required. To select this option please advise me at the checkout & I will send you an invoice & payment instructions for the additional costs. Should any items be lost by Australia Post (which is quite rare for this to happen), I will assist you as much as possible to help relocate. Please contact me if your item/s is late, lost or damaged & I will do my best help as much as possible. Please be aware that Cloth My Bot is not obligated & will not refund for any items lost, damaged or arrive late. Cloth My Bot strive to have your purchased items sent the next business day on payment clearing & stock permitting. Australia Post can take 2 to 7 business days & it can also be affected on your location.
Payment
Cloth My Bot except the following payments - Accepts all major credit cards, debit cards & direct deposit via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay via this method), Australia Post Money Order, Bank Cheque, Personal Cheque & Direct Deposit via internet banking or through any National Australia Bank. No orders are sent until funds are cleared. All cheques & money orders are to be made out to Cloth My Bot & posted to PO Box 361 The Gap Qld 4061.
